SENARIA group of companies has been developed as a result of a strong passion of the founder for the real estate field having the purpose to help as many investors as possible to excel in the real estate investments arena by advising them and supplying the necessary resources.

Cătălin Chimir has been providing services on the real estate market since year 2008 when he founded a group of companies that delivered integrated solutions for structural design, project management and construction works, successfully implemented in design & build projects.

For a period of four years he developed and managed industrial parks and office buildings in Romania, as well as commercial spaces in the Czech Republic and Austria, thus gaining a 360 degrees experience in the field of real estate projects which has become the base approach for the project management services provided by Senaria.
