One of the projects in which SENARIA is involved, providing supervision services, is the construction of the new pediatric hospital in Constanța – Construire Corp nou – Departament Sănătatea mamei și copilului Spitalul Clinic Județean de Urgență Sf. Apostol Andrei Constanța.
Recently, our Managing Director, Catalin Chimir, attended a working meeting alongside representatives from the Constanța County Council and partners involved in the project’s development.
During the meeting we discussed the concept proposed by the designing company. Following a comprehensive analysis, several modifications were made to the feasibility study documentation while adhering to the approved indicators that formed the basis for obtaining financing. These modifications include reorganizing the building on different levels, creating a unified footprint for the three basements, and standardizing the height of the floors.
Every stage of the project is continuously monitored and analysed to ensure that each new step in building the pediatric hospital receives the necessary attention for a project of such significance. We are delighted to witness the progress made in the project and eagerly anticipate the moment when the first patients will benefit from the facilities offered by this new hospital.
